Administrative Management Assistant (Senior Training Coordinator)
Duties
The incumbent assists the Chief of the training branch in the Office of Military Cooperation in carrying out responsibilities for the management of all military programs including planning, implementation, management, budgeting and financial monitoring, and reporting and evaluation of strategic programs activities in Egypt. He/she provides oversights of all programs and strategic guidance on program design and implementation. He/she maintains relationships with key Egyptian governmental officials.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in administering training programs.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Incumbent must have comprehensive knowledge of Egypt's military and cultural characteristics. Must possess advanced knowledge of program management to include budget review, program review and monitoring.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Military Science is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of English is required. (this will be tested).
(Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of Arabic is required.
