1. JOB PURPOSE
The post will be part of our growing Regional Customer Marketing function (MENA) and will help the company to build and retain our customers relationship and increase brand loyalty by executing the CRM strategy and operations across all the MENA region in co-ordination with all stakeholders like operations teams, products team..etc
2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/TECHNICAL SKILLS
*Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
*Experience:
CRM, campaign management.
0-2 years of relevant experience
*Technical skills:
Communication skills, organizational skills and analytical skills are essential in addition to Microsoft Office suite (excel, power point...etc)
3. JOB RESPONSABILITIES
Execute direct marketing transactional & promotional campaigns using different channels (SMS, Emails..etc) to target our customer data base
Identify new opportunities to boost customer retention and lapsed customers reactivation
Implement and monitor customer data gathering activities and initiatives in store
Managing the internal and external resources involved in the execution of campaigns (i.e. data, content, invoicing operations, logistics etc )
Ensuring cross-functional cooperation and communication with all stakeholders involved in the execution of CRM activities
Prepare weekly NPS dashboards
