Senior HR (Recruitment & personnel) is urgently needed
Requirements:
· Recruit, select, orient, and train employees for the company and for specific projects
· Managing all of the Recruitment procedures like (Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
· Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
· Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
· Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation
· To manage the HR & Administration operations, by developing communicating and ensuring full implementation of all HR strategic initiatives.
· Develops and maintains all HR Policies & Procedures.
· Creates Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
· Supervises the recruitment and interviewing of candidates, ensuring on-boarded candidates have successfully passed all interviews and accordingly prepares all the contracts for new hires and agrees the details with them.
· Handles all employee exit procedures and ensures all company and employee’s rights are well preserved.
· Working hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm.
· location: Nasr City
· Salary: 6000 -7000 K.
