National_Customer Service Assistant

Job Purpose
Maintaining clean and orderly checkout areas whilst serving customers with great Customer Service skills.
Follow SOPs including counting and recording the float before trading begins and upon close of trading in order to reduce losses.
Key Accountabilities
Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
Ensure that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Greets and welcomes customers on arrival at the store.
Makes announcements and pages the person the visitors have asked to see.
Ensures Customers bags are stored safely and security.
Ensures all customers’ queries are attended to in a professional manner.
Ensures Shopping tools and catalogues are available for the customers.
Ensure all system procedures are adhered to as per policy / procedure.
Suggests improved ways of working going forwards.
Qualifications
Understands the impact of increasing sales with Shopping Tools.
Experience organizing and participating in recreational activities.
General retailing experience
Able to understand the individual differences in ability, personality and interest.
Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Able to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively within high stress situations
