Job Description

Handle customers’ issues and complaints.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and keep following up.

Keen on the after-sales survey.

Welcome and greet customers and register all customer data in CRM System.

Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Perform monthly analysis besides reports for the service center.

Provide customers with all information that they need.

Arrange all customer visits and handle them kindly to the Service advisor.

Make daily No Show Reports for Service customers and follow up to make new reservations
