Job opportunity for Fluent English Speaker, Salary is 8,000 EGP
Work Location: El Maadi, Cairo.
Job Type: Inbound Customer service calls.
Field: Medical.
Description: Give laboratories results (mainly PCR) to patients in the US.
Salary: 8,000 EGP Gross
-- Base (gross): 6,500 EGP + 500 EGP for no absenteeism
-- Variable (gross): 1000 EGP according to KPIs
Transportation allowance for shifts finishing after midnight (50EGP/Day).
5 Days training + nesting paid 1,000 EGP gross.
Social and medical insurance provided.
Work conditions:
-- 8 Working hours + 1 hour break
-- 2 Days off per week
Shifts: Rotational (USA time)
-- Between 02:00 PM - 02:00 AM.
Job Requirements:
-- Fluent to near-native English speaker (C1 Level) => MUST
-- Previous call center experience in any offshore US or UK account for at least 3 months => MUST
-- We accept undergrads who have no college commitments => MUST
-- Graduates are most welcome to apply.
