About the job
one of the Middle East’s largest suppliers of broadcast, professional video and photography equipment and accessories is hiring an office coordinator.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms.
• File and update contact information of employees, customers , suppliers and external partners.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Undertake occasional receptionist duties.
Requirements:
• Graduate (Fresh graduates are welcomed).
• Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Aptitude for working with Microsoft office.
• Presentable looking.
• Females only.
Working conditions :
• Rotational Shifts.
• 5 working days.
• 2 days off.
• 9 working hours including one hour break.
Location:
• October - Sheikh Zayed.
