Sales Support Specialist
Job purpose:
An indoor non-engineering position responsible to address the growing demand of the Cables and transformers business and to participate in the analysis and preparation of technical and commercial offers.
Key Accountabilities:
Support sales representatives to increase their productivity and to have more time for the sales operations.
Follow up & Solve problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides.
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
Identify and keep up with sales trends.
Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Communicate with customer to inform them in case if any delays and discuss alternative solution and availability for delivery.
Handle other administration duties like: booking travels, meetings, arrange hotel reservations.
Carry out any other tasks assigned to him.

Regional Sales Director-Libya
Qualifications & Education:
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
(3-4) years of experience
Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Well-organized, attentive to details and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong follow up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Strong numeracy skills
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
