Human Resources Specialist (C&B) with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities
Manages the monthly payroll and expenses processes including the changes processing, reviewing them and finalizing the payroll bank transfers.
Audit Raya employees’ salaries Vs company compensation policies, the labor, Tax and the social insurance laws
Develops and reviews Raya’s compensation and Benefits policies to keep them updated with the market trends
Prepares the annual business plan and tracks the HR budget on monthly basis with the RH finance team to monitor and control the HR expenses.
Supports the HRIS focal point with the best fit ideas for the HR processes automation to ensure positive employee experience, minimize manual processes and ensure the data accuracy.
Interprets HRIS data, analyses results and optimizes the HRIS to automate the payroll processes and provide the best employee experience.
Screens corporate offers; negotiate prices, discounts, terms, and conditions of the deal to constitute an exclusive offer as well as researching and comparing the current benefits schemes with the market practices.
Leads awareness campaigns to communicate the benefits to employees by defining the campaign plan and contribute in writing and designing the announcement with details of the service.
Manages all insurance plans (medical, life…etc.) with all related procedures to ensure Raya employees’ coverage at the right time and Raya’s alignment with the market updates
Handles all corporate benefits related contract renewals as per their renewal dates and handling all the necessary renewal procedures in partnership with Raya’s Lines of Business HR team members
Manages Raya HR Dashboard to monitor the HR KPIs and interprets the results along with keeping it up to date.
Qualifications
Excellent data analysis capability
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office products (excel, visio, word and projects)
Advanced knowledge in compensation practices
Full knowledge in benefits policies and practices
Excellent data reporting skills
Minimum 3 years of experience
BA Degree
Finance background is preferred
HR diploma is a plus
