Participate in project readiness calls and ensure preparing the needed actions

Create and update the documentation of payroll live countries

Monitor and document payroll monthly KPIs in alignment with Payroll Team Manager

Create process workflows using Henkel digital tools

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

1-2 maximum years of experience in payroll or relevant field

Proficient user of Microsoft Office

Team player, committed and attentive to details

Fluent English speaker, French is a plus.
