About the role

To strengthen Orange Egypt by adding and attracting the best available talents to our workforce. To help source, identify, screen, hire and onboard individuals for various roles in the company. 

Develop Applicant Tracking Systems to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants and work closely with our HR Business Partners and others across different departments to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes in order to design and oversee our company’s hiring performance to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.

About you


Bachelor degree from a recognized university; preferably in business administration.

Post graduate studies in HR are an asset.


Minimum 4 years’ of solid experience in HR; with focus on recruitment / talent acquisition.

Exposure to marketing, branding or advertising fields is an asset.


Fluent English both spoken and written.

Very good computer skills especially Excel and Powerpoint.

Articulate communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong planning, organization, and follow-up ability.

Strong assessment and analytical skills.

Able to manage and lead diverse task forces.

Detail oriented with solid reporting skills.

Innovative with strong result orientation ability.


Human Resources and Corporate Support

Objectives of this Role

Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.

Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent attraction strategy in mind.

Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.

Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.

Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.


Coordinate with HRBPs and hiring managers to:

Identify and forecast staffing needs in different areas and departments.

Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff.

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.

Guide and support HR Business Partners in conducting mass hiring recruitment days.

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Enhance current software tools and develop new digital portals for hiring.

Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches

Build CV database for external and internal sourcing.

Simplify and increase the efficiency of the hiring process by introducing new digitalization methods.

Support with planning for interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible.

Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

Lead hiring initiatives, update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

Report on Recruitment KPIs on regular basis and identify needed actions to improve them.

Review I-recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.

Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.

Research and choose job advertising options

Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations

Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Develop strong internship programs with top universities in Egypt and globally

Integrate the employee referral program as a key component of the sourcing and talent acquisition process. This requires raising awareness levels and educating employees on its importance to the long term growth and profitability of the company.
