Job Purpose
Develop the central recruitment processes efficiently and effectively to achieve the strategic objectives of the recruitment activity
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the development of the strategic plan of the activity to achieve it with the required accuracy and quality
Periodically review business outputs in geographical areas in order to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and the annual plan.
Prepare the final plans for the activity after analyzing the plans sent according to the manuals of work within the activity;set the timeline for implementation and determine the necessary costs in order to complete the activity plan and provide the required needs.
Contribute to the development of plans to improve recruitment systems and processes by communicating with other activities within the Group ; identify and set up a modern developed system in order to implement best practices in the recruitment activity
Develop work manuals for the activity and propose new methodologies in order to define the policies, regulations and procedures to be followed for the internal operations of the activity
Train geographic areas on policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that they are implemented efficiently and effectively
Follow up on the execution of geographic areas of policies, regulations and procedures to ensure that they are implemented efficiently and effectively
Collect data and information on monthly plans and periodic evaluation at the level of the geographical areas of the Group ; prepare periodic analysis of activity indicators to achieve continuous improvement.
Carry out communication and negotiation processes with external parties and government agencies in order to provide the needs of the Group.
Review the employment data on SAP that was entered through the geographical areas on a monthly basis to ensure its correctness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition field.
Very good command in spoken and written English.
HR certified candidates are preferred to apply
