Duties
The incumbent is the senior fraud investigator and is responsible for implementing the fraud prevention program in the consular section. S/he establishes contacts with official Egyptian entities, provides subject matter expertise on Egyptian documents and laws, conducts fraud interviews, develops fraud prevention technologies, creates written analyses of fraud cases and local laws in English, trains others on fraud trends and prevention techniques, and assesses vulnerabilities to prevent malfeasance.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Five years of experience in investigative work, legal field, anti fraud, consular, immigration, work involving or comprising data analysis, auditing, leadership and innovation or process management.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of fraud detection measures such as interviewing techniques.

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluent in writing, reading and speaking of English is required. (This will be tested).
Fluent in writing, reading and speaking of Arabic is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Ability to develop and maintain extensive working and senior level contacts with officials of various local agencies. Ability to summarize findings clearly, concisely, and logically in English. Ability to examine and detect fraudulently altered documents using different forensic techniques. Ability to examine a set of facts and draw a reasonable conclusion. Ability to create and deliver training to large groups of people. Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
