SENIOR HC OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Job Summary:
The HC Operations Specialist provides dedicated support to HR Managers with specific focus on HR transactions, data maintenance, reporting, preboarding, and data management specifically related to employee data/assignment changes, SAP records, and staffing compliance as needed.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Complete all HR data & transaction requests as needed.
Manage and resolve all issues related to Medical Insurance
Communicate policies pertaining to Human Capital, compensation, and benefits.
Use data to create employee profiles
Organize and update employee files related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Manage employee complaints
Ensure data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Carry out all necessary tasks related to employee preboarding to ensure new hire paperwork and necessities are completed and processed
Support in Onboarding and Offboarding process
Ensure accurate submission of HC forms and documents
Bridge the gap between employees and management
