Job Description:
• Lead end-to-end executive search for senior leadership and strategic roles
• Partner directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to define leadership success profiles
• Support succession planning and workforce strategy initiatives
• Drive innovation in recruitment processes using AI and SuccessFactors
• Enhance candidate and recruiter experience through technology and automation
• Represent and strengthen Holcim’s employer brand globally
• Focus on quality-of-hire and long-term strategic fit rather than recruitment speed
Job Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in executive search or high-level in-house recruitment
• Strong commercial mindset and business understanding
• Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Strong communication, influence, and advisory skills
• Experience with SuccessFactors and AI-enabled recruitment processes
• Fast learner with curiosity, confidence, and ability to challenge traditional approaches
• Results-driven mindset with focus on strategic hiring quality
