Chalhoub Group is hiring for a **Junior Operations – Warehouse** role to support daily warehouse and store operations, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and safe handling of products.
### **Key Responsibilities**
📦 Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
📦 Pick, pack, check, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
📦 Handle scanning, labeling, wrapping, and stock movement activities.
📊 Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
📋 Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
🔎 Investigate stock variances, damages, and product defects.
🦺 Follow warehouse procedures and **HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)** standards.
🏭 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
🤝 Work closely with the team to maintain efficient operations and high customer service standards.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree.
✔ Experience in **warehousing, logistics, distribution, inventory management, stock control, retail operations, picking, packing, or replenishment**.
✔ Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel and data entry/reporting**.
✔ Average English communication skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and **rotational shifts**.
✔ Physically fit and comfortable performing warehouse duties.
✔ Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
✔ Team player with a positive attitude.
✔ Familiarity with safety/HSSE procedures is an advantage.
