Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and efficient reporting.

The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Assist during audits with required documentation.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files.

Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication (verbal & written).

Team player with professionalism and integrity.
