🔹 Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in Accounting (real estate, contracting, or construction preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Strong knowledge of EAS, financial reporting, and taxation

Hands-on experience in cost control, budgeting, and reconciliation

Advanced MS Excel & accounting software skills

Ability to prepare financial statements, cash flow reports & project accounts

High attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving mindset
