HR Manager

We’re Hiring HR Manager (Salary :50k–60k | 5 Days/Week | On-site)

📍 Location: Near Dokki & Agouza – Cairo

Role Purpose

Own the end-to-end HR function with strategic vision for a high-volume, multi-branch operation. You will lead Recruitment, Personnel, Performance, Compensation & Benefits, OD/Training, and HR Operations—building systems that withstand pressure and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop HR teams (Recruitment, Personnel, OD/Training) with clear KPIs.

• Oversee workforce planning and high-volume hiring.

• Build/upgrade policies, workflows, and ensure compliance.

• Manage HR analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.

• Ensure compliance with Labor Law, and Tax, handle audits.

• Oversee performance management, C&B reviews, and talent development.

• Champion process automation and HRMS/ERP use.

• Collaborate with Operations/Finance to resolve escalations.

Requirements:

• Preferred to hold MBA or DBA

• 7–10 years in HR, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in high-pressure, multi-site environments.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR audits.

• Proficiency in Excel and HRMS/ERP, with experience in dashboards.

• Strong leadership, prioritization, and communication skills in Arabic & English.
