Location: Sheikh Zayed City – Egypt

We’re looking for a Projects Specialist to join our Operations team.

This role will act as the main link between our clients and the company during the operations phase — ensuring smooth project delivery, effective coordination, and a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and Uniserve during ongoing projects.

Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance) to fulfill client requirements.

Monitor project performance and ensure service quality and compliance.

Follow up on contracts, invoices, and payment collections.

Handle operational challenges and client feedback efficiently.

Conduct site visits when required and prepare project status reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

Experience in HR Outsourcing or Manpower Supply operations is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent command of English is preferred.

Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
