We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join a leading company. The role involves managing the full cycle of accounts receivable — from issuing invoices and tracking payments to reconciling accounts and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities:

Generate and issue accurate invoices.

Track and collect outstanding payments.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.

Coordinate with sales and customer service teams.

Assist with month-end closing and audits.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

2–5 years of relevant experience.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.
