ELARABY Group is seeking a highly experienced Country Manager to oversee its full business operations in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on commercial growth, market expansion, P&L ownership, and strong leadership across all functions.
🎯 Role Overview
The Country Manager will lead all UAE operations, ensuring alignment with HQ strategy. The position requires strong commercial acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with distributors, regulators, and key partners.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the UAE market strategy in line with the company’s vision.
Identify growth opportunities and emerging market trends in the home appliances sector.
Represent the company with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
Drive revenue growth through channel development and customer engagement.
Oversee product pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and major accounts.
Supervise supply chain, logistics, and after-sales operations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with HQ.
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards.
Own the UAE P&L, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for HQ.
Build and lead a high-performing local team.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
📌 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles.
At least 5 years of experience within the UAE market.
Proven track record in P&L management and business growth.
Strong experience in home appliances or consumer electronics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
