Organi Group is looking for a highly experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations and drive excellence across procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, and distribution.

📍 Location: Egypt

🕒 Experience: 10+ Years (with at least 5 years in FMCG leadership)

✨ About the Role:

As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee all aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate must come from an FMCG background and have a proven record of success in managing large-scale operations within fast-paced environments.

🔹 Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

10+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.

Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG industry (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain performance metrics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Strategic thinker capable of driving innovation and operational excellence.
