📝 Job Description:

Organi Group is hiring a Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize the entire supply chain cycle — including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate must have a strong FMCG background and proven leadership experience in managing high-volume operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Lead supply chain strategy and execution across multiple business units.

Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution functions.

Implement and enhance ERP systems and data-driven performance monitoring.

Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and service-level improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain, including 5+ years in FMCG leadership.

Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain KPIs.

Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
