El Sewedy Industries Group is looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Specialist to join our Building Materials division. If you’re passionate about troubleshooting and supporting IT systems in a dynamic industrial environment — this role is for you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure & troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Support LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
Manage IT equipment (Routers, Printers, Scanners, Firewalls, etc.).
Administer Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.
Configure Cisco L2/3 switches.
Maintain Antivirus, Backup & Recovery tools (Kaspersky, Acronis, etc.).
Work with VMware vSphere and POS/attendance systems.
🎯 Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
1–4 years of relevant IT support experience.
Preferred Certifications: CCNA / MCSA.
Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
Residents of Suez are preferred.
