Bosta is seeking an experienced Operations Expansion Senior Manager to drive the growth of its logistics network across Egypt. This role is perfect for a strategic and hands-on professional with expertise in operations, project management, logistics, and hub expansion.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

Lead national operational expansion, planning, launching, and standardizing new hubs.

Develop SOPs, playbooks, and operational frameworks for new facilities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Planning, Commercial, Real Estate, Finance, and People.

Ensure hub readiness, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.

Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and cost assessments for new locations.

Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

Implement best practices in last-mile delivery, sorting, and warehouse operations.

Report progress, risks, and challenges to senior leadership.

Continuously improve expansion processes to enable faster and more efficient launches.

📌 Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, expansion, or project management.

Strong project management and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple hubs and work cross-functionally.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data for planning.

Willingness to travel frequently across Egypt.

Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or retail operations is a plus.
