Job Description:
The Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar will manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and junior-level positions, ensuring manpower needs are met with qualified candidates. This includes sourcing, screening, hiring, and maintaining strong relationships with manpower suppliers and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment cycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels including agencies, job boards, and referrals.
Coordinate with project managers to understand workforce needs and timelines.
Conduct interviews, trade tests, and screenings.
Lead bulk recruitment campaigns and mass hiring drives.
Maintain relationships with manpower suppliers and technical institutes.
Prepare job offers, contracts, and coordinate pre-employment checks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (preferably in construction or manufacturing).
Excellent sourcing, networking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment compliance.
