Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage and oversee company procurement operations, focusing on commercial and marketing-related purchasing such as events, giveaways, booth production, and logistics.

This role requires excellent negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure cost-efficient and timely sourcing of goods and services.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end procurement activities across multiple categories in line with company policies.

Manage sourcing for events, promotional materials, giveaways, booth setups, and logistics.

Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost savings and business value.

Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams for on-time delivery.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports.

Support strategic sourcing and continuous process improvement.

Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong experience in commercial procurement, especially events and logistics.

Proven negotiation and contract management expertise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred).

Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Preferred:

Experience in Marketing or FMCG industries.

CIPS or Supply Chain certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical and planning abilities.
