💼 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day AP processes and ensure full compliance.

Review & validate supplier invoices with 3-way matching (PO – Invoice – GRN).

Process invoices according to agreed payment cycles.

Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare payment batches (cheques, bank transfers).

Ensure accurate VAT & WHT application.

Maintain complete AP documentation and audit-ready records.

Support budgeting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and guide junior AP staff.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

5–7 years of experience, including 2–3 years in AP leadership.

Solid understanding of AP cycles & ERP systems.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting).

Excellent communication & vendor negotiation skills.
