📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt | 🕘 Full-time | On-site | 💼 0–2 years experience

🔷 Responsibilities

💳 Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments & irregularities

🧾 Create and distribute accurate invoices

💵 Apply customer payments to correct accounts

📞 Follow up with clients to ensure timely collections

🤝 Maintain strong relationships with customer accounts personnel

📝 Process journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts

📊 Prepare financial statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

✔️ Ensure proper approval & documentation for any bad debt write-offs

🔷 Requirements

🎓 BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

🆕 0–2 years experience in Accounts Receivable

📈 Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)

💻 Hands-on experience with accounting software (FreshBooks, QuickBooks)

📚 Knowledge of GAAP & accounting procedures

🔍 Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
