Call Center Agent – English 💼📞 (Egypt – Remote)

BPOHIVE is looking for a Call Center Agent to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This is a mostly work-from-home position with occasional in-person meetings or trainings.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients 📞

Identify & qualify leads based on needs ✅

Follow up and maintain communication with leads ✉️

Accurately document interactions in CRM 💻

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly appointment targets 🎯

Flexible schedule with US timezone working hours 🌍

🎯 Requirements

Fluent English (neutral accent) – C1/C2 🗣️

Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred 💼

Able to work independently from home 🏠

Comfortable using CRM, email, and digital tools 💻

Strong communication & interpersonal skills 🤝

Must be located in Egypt 🇪🇬

💰 Compensation

Salary: 20,000 EGP + KPIs & performance bonuses (up to 35,000+ EGP) 💸
