Mashreq Bank is looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager – Trade Specialist to act as the focal point for end-to-end handling of Trade & Factoring corporate client queries, ensuring service excellence and compliance across all transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Act as the main point of contact for Trade & Factoring corporate clients
✅ Monitor and highlight potential issues in trade transactions and processes
✅ Follow up on FI approvals for CIBG customer transactions
✅ Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and service quality standards
✅ Escalate issues proactively to supervisors and team leaders
✅ Maintain accurate client records and complaints on CRM systems
✅ Identify root causes and propose continuous process improvements
