Egypt Gold is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.

This role is critical in supporting operational excellence, people strategy, and cultural transformation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🧲 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals

Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates

Manage job postings, ATS tracking, offers, and onboarding

Lead manpower planning and workforce forecasting

🏗 Organizational Development (OD)

Design and implement OD programs aligned with company strategy

Support restructuring and role optimization initiatives

Measure impact on performance, engagement, and retention

Document HR & OD processes and prepare analytical reports

🤝 Strategic HR Partnership

Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders

Drive performance management, succession planning & talent management

Manage employee relations, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions

Lead change management and cultural transformation initiatives

Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

🛠 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development

Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies & employer branding

Proven experience in OD initiatives (performance, engagement, succession)

Excellent communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in MS Office, ATS & HRIS systems

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
