🔹 Key Responsibilities

Enter commercial decision report outcomes daily with accuracy

Flag non-standard cases to the relevant manager

Prepare samples and products for head-office submission

Perform weekly system checks and archive all documentation

Input inspection reports into SAP and prepare monthly comparison reports

Coordinate basic administrative tasks such as supply requests

Share managers’ updated daily schedules with the head office

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative support

Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel)

Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) is a plus

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication & teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines

Strong written communication in English & Arabic

Ability to handle confidential data
