Master Link for Construction is hiring an experienced Procurement Director to lead and manage all procurement operations across major construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications, while supporting long-term business and project goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📌 Lead and oversee procurement operations across multiple construction projects

📌 Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and company objectives

📌 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial and technical offers

📌 Review material specifications, quotations, and technical submittals with high accuracy

📌 Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage approved vendor lists

📌 Coordinate with Technical Office, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Finance teams

📌 Issue purchase orders, contracts, and periodic procurement reports

📌 Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and supply chain risks

📌 Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards

📌 Follow up on deliveries and resolve logistics or supply-related issues

🎓 Job Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)

✔ 15–20 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction or contracting companies

✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing items, and MEP supplies

✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office

✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
