We are seeking an experienced **S&C Manager – Resources** to join our **Global Network Consulting team**, delivering large-scale transformation projects across the **Oil & Gas and Energy sectors**.
### 💼 Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across upstream, midstream, downstream, and petrochemicals
* Design future-state operating models, supply chain frameworks, and optimized business processes
* Drive strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives
* Manage CXO-level client relationships and ensure engagement success
* Own revenue targets, lead business development, RFP responses, and solution design
* Lead cross-functional consulting teams and deliver measurable business impact
* Mentor and develop junior consultants
* Work with international clients and travel as required
### 🎯 Priority Skills
* Energy consulting (Upstream / Downstream fundamentals)
* Oil & Gas value chain expertise
* Digital transformation and analytics
### 📌 Essential Qualifications
* 11–16 years of experience in the Energy sector
* Minimum 4 years in a consulting firm
* Strong expertise across upstream and/or downstream operations
* Proven experience in digital transformation (AI/ML, Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong background in commercial, regulatory, and operational oil & gas processes
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
* Experience in operating model design and strategy formulation
* Strong organizational and analytical mindset
