Smart Light is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Officer to oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for LED lighting systems. The role focuses on procurement, logistics, inventory control, and supplier coordination to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of components.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement and logistics for LED lighting systems

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery

Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with business goals

Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement corrective actions where needed

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Manage inventory levels using demand forecasting and planning tools

Resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns

Prepare regular supply chain reports for management review

Support continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

3–5 years of experience in supply chain management

Experience in manufacturing or electrical industry is preferred

Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
