💼 Senior Warehouse Specialist
📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
We are seeking a Senior Warehouse Specialist to join our HQ team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong F&B warehouse experience and hands-on expertise in creating and managing item codes (SKU master data) within ERP or WMS systems. The position supports HQ-driven policies, reporting, item master data setup, and process optimization while ensuring smooth coordination between central warehouses and branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch) for F&B materials
Create, maintain, and manage item codes for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in ERP/WMS
Ensure accurate item classification, units of measure, barcodes, and storage parameters
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (FIFO, FEFO, expiry control)
Prepare and analyze warehouse & inventory reports (stock aging, slow-moving items, variances)
Conduct cycle counts and stock takes; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Support internal and external audits (inventory, food safety, ISO/HACCP if applicable)
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
2–4 years of warehouse experience within the F&B industry
Proven experience in creating and maintaining item codes / SKU master data in ERP or WMS systems (essential)
Experience working in an HQ or centralized operations environment
Strong understanding of food safety, storage conditions, and inventory control principles
