Job Description:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support • Support procurement and manage office supplies and inventory • Maintain records for devices, equipment, and licenses • Coordinate seating plans and office setup for employees • Support internal engagement activities and company events • Monitor department budget and control expenses • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Good command of English
