Job Description:
• Provide strategic & operational procurement and logistics support to country programs
• Lead logistics change management & SOP implementation globally
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, fleet & asset management
• Support high-risk & insecure operational environments
• Ensure strong risk management & compliance across supply chains
• Collaborate cross-functionally across regions & HQ teams
• Provide hands-on support during contingent & emergency needs
Job Requirements:
• Senior-level experience in procurement & logistics (NGO / humanitarian)
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex operations
• Strong background in supply chain optimization & change management
• Experience leading diverse, remote, multi-country teams
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Fluent English required
• Arabic, French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a strong plus
