Job Description:
Support daily operations across multiple TMG shopping centers
Coordinate with property management & maintenance teams
Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency & tenant satisfaction
Assist in operational budget planning & cost control
Coordinate with vendors & contractors to ensure timely maintenance works
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Support implementation of HSE policies and procedures
Assist in tenant relations and resolve operational issues efficiently
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is key here)
