Attention Theory is hiring a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage live paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for D2C and e-commerce brands.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Build and launch paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rate
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
• Execute structured creative testing and analyze results
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and profitability
• Manage advertising budgets and support growth objectives
• Analyze audience behavior, customer journeys, and campaign performance data
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
Job Requirements:
• 1–2 years of hands-on paid media experience
• Practical experience managing real advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CVR, CTR, and other performance metrics
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work remotely with discipline and ownership
• Data-driven mindset focused on performance and results
• Experience in D2C, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing is a plus
