Job Description:

🏦 Relationship Manager Corporate Banking (Cairo & Alex) | Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt 📍 Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt 🕒 Full Time Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Egypt is hiring a Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Cairo and other governorates, driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Screen and assess new corporate clients against risk and target market criteria • Prepare and update client financial data and credit analysis documents • Review and approve credit facilities and ensure proper risk structuring • Monitor client risk profiles and credit exposure continuously • Conduct regular client visits, calls, and relationship management activities • Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Egypt regulations • Identify cross-selling and portfolio expansion opportunities • Handle facility requests, amendments, and credit operations within SLA • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality • Monitor competitor activity and market trends • Coordinate with product, risk, and treasury teams for solutions • Ensure proper credit documentation and approval processes

Job Requirements:

• University degree (MBA is a plus) • Core Credit Course preferred (mandatory for senior RM levels) • 5–10+ years of experience in Corporate Banking / Credit / Relationship Management • Strong credit analysis and financial interpretation skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets • Strong knowledge of corporate banking products (cash, trade, treasury) • Islamic banking knowledge is a plus
