PassBeyond is looking for Relationship Managers to connect high-net-worth individuals with residency and citizenship-by-investment opportunities across Europe, helping clients secure greater mobility, security, and long-term optionality for their families.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Introduce PassBeyond services to high-net-worth individuals within your network
• Build trusted advisory relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners
• Explain investment migration opportunities, timelines, costs, and risks transparently
• Guide clients throughout the residency or citizenship application journey
• Support clients from initial consultation to permit approval
• Maintain long-term client relationships beyond transaction completion
• Work closely with the Athens headquarters team for legal and operational support
• Manage opportunities through the company CRM system
Job Requirements:
• Existing network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Comfortable working with commission-based compensation
• High integrity and client-first mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
