Turing is hiring Remote Business Analysts to support large language model training and evaluation by applying strong analytical, research, and reasoning skills to improve AI systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and break down complex datasets, scenarios, and problem statements
• Answer structured analytical questions to help train LLM models
• Create explanations and solutions to improve AI model reasoning
• Validate claims through online research and data verification
• Summarize large content into clear, logical insights
• Design scenarios and prompts for AI training improvement
• Identify patterns, inconsistencies, and logical relationships in data
• Provide structured feedback to enhance model performance
• Collaborate on AI evaluation and fine-tuning tasks
• Support continuous improvement of AI systems and outputs
Job Requirements:
• Strong English reading and writing comprehension
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Ability to research, validate, and interpret information
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Creative and structured thinking ability
• Ability to work independently in remote environment
• Basic understanding of Excel / Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
