Job Description:
Kasrawy Group is looking for a Senior Indirect Local Purchasing Specialist to manage indirect procurement activities, supplier relationships, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives while supporting multiple business functions across the organization.

### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end procurement activities for indirect purchasing categories
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local suppliers
• Launch RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate the best commercial terms
• Manage contracts and service agreements for outsourced services
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Marketing, Maintenance, Production, and other departments
• Issue Purchase Orders and follow up on delivery and service execution
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and improvement plans
• Maintain procurement records and prepare monthly spending and savings reports
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
✔ 2–4 years of experience in Indirect Procurement or General Purchasing
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✔ Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
✔ Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Odoo systems
✔ Good command of English (written and spoken)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
