CSCEC is hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to support major infrastructure projects by managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and project procurement planning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities for infrastructure and construction projects
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and Purchase Orders
• Analyze quotations and prepare commercial comparison reports
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet procurement schedules
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Track deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues
• Manage procurement records and documentation
• Prepare periodic procurement and supplier performance reports
• Support contract administration and procurement strategy implementation
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 12–15 years of procurement experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Experience in contract administration and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and commercial evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
