On behalf of a leading and well-established FMCG food manufacturing company in Egypt, an exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the entire Supply Chain Department
• Oversee Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management
• Manage Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, and Fleet Operations
• Coordinate closely with Production, Sales, and Procurement teams
• Optimize warehousing and transportation efficiency while controlling costs
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, stock availability, and operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards
Job Requirements:
• 12–15 years of progressive Supply Chain experience
• Mandatory experience within Multinational FMCG / Food Manufacturing companies
• Strong leadership experience across Planning, Warehousing, and Fleet Management
• Proven track record in supply chain optimization and operations management
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment
