💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across Egypt
• Own customer service, inventory, logistics, and replenishment performance
• Lead the market S&OP process and demand-supply planning
• Manage COGS and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Oversee logistics operations and distributor market supply (Algeria & Morocco)
• Develop business continuity and supply chain risk mitigation plans
• Drive continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
• Lead, coach, and develop the local supply chain team
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards across operations
Job Requirements:
• 8–10 years of supply chain experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• FMCG experience is mandatory
• Strong background in demand planning, logistics, customer service, and quality
• Proven S&OP / IBP leadership experience
• Strong financial acumen and COGS management experience
• Experience leading supply chain transformation projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree or professional certifications are a plus
