• Process over-the-counter banking transactions efficiently
• Support branch sales through customer referrals and proactive outreach
• Handle branch operational activities and customer requests
• Assist customers with transfers, cheques, and banking services
• Welcome customers and guide them through branch services
• Educate customers on ATM services and digital banking solutions
• Process quick service requests including statements, letters, and cheque deposits
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Promote banking products and services
• Open and manage various account types and banking products
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ 0–3 years of Retail Banking experience
